Financial Planning Model

This residential western suburb of Chicago has embraced a corporate style of government, and engaged MFSG to develop financial planning models for its own water and sewer systems and for the water/sewer systems in an adjoining community which Glenview had purchased as an investment.  We developed both cash-basis and utility-basis cost of service/revenue requirements for both utility systems, as well as capacity fees and user fees designed to meet corporate financial goals established by the Village.
